Fitness isn't just a 12 week cut and done X It's a lifestyle you should adopt... for life! Forever learning, growing and being your best self I truly love helping people wherever I can! And being able to help my mum was the final nail to invest in my pt certs to pursue my passion!

Back at the start of the year, my mum visited the nurse for a general check up where it was highlighted she had very high blood pressure!

She was told to make some lifestyle changes and revisit in 4 weeks to see the doctor! However, because it was so high, it would likely result in starting medication, for the rest of her life! The typical system we have in place So we had a big chat and dived into her lifestyle factors...

She barely eat more than 1000 calories per day with next to no protein and a lot of processed foods and snacks! No form of exercise or daily movement bar her work - which tf, the days she worked she did clock up a good step count!

Romana came to me for help to lose weight and feel more confident, for an upcoming wedding in 10 weeks. So we discussed the plan of attack and got to work! Even as a super busy incredible mama she didn't skip a beat We started with realistic calories and step goal, then dialled them in as we built momentum... there has been zero gym during this initial phase! And we also negotiated some social occasions... including the Hen! The result... well look at her glow She feels more confident... and lost a massive 7kg After the wedding and over summer, we have continued to work together to maintain the weight loss whilst enjoying family time and holidays! What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after the 2025 Challenge?

After just 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of energy right from when you wake up in the morning and throughout the whole day.
